Jonathan H. Graves
Founder & President

Jonathan H. Graves is the founder of Local Gold and is widely considered by many to be one of the key industry leaders in the direct marketing field. Since starting his career in 1998, Jonathan has helped many Fortune 500 companies as well as over 3,000 small & medium sized businesses leverage his direct marketing knowledge to capitalize on new GROWTH opportunities. Jonathan’s direct marketing strategies have helped his clients drive over $500 Million in estimated gross sales since 2004.

Jonathan is also a best-selling author and has been featured on ABC, NBC, CBS & Fox affiliates across the country speaking about his direct marketing formulas. With a true love & passion for entrepreneurship, Jonathan continues to team up with industry leaders from around the world in an effort to help them launch & GROW successful business ventures across a wide array of industries. Jonathan earned a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech. In his free time he enjoys spending as much quality time as he can with his wife & two children.


Jared R. Graves
VP of Business Development

With an insatiable appetite for statistics and data, Jared R. Graves has quickly risen to become one of the premiere performance marketing professionals in the entire country. Since starting his career in 2003, Jared has helped to generate over half a billion dollars in sales for some of the largest Fortune rated companies in the world.

Jared’s foray into small business began in early 2008 when he co-founded 123Chiropractors.com which would later become 123PhoneCalls.com. Both companies have helped to drive new customer phone call leads to local businesses via internet advertising.

As VP and Head of Business Development for Local Gold, Jared has taken small and mid-size business to the next level by developing both front-end and back-end proprietary marketing programs that have fueled the revenue growth and local expansion for thousands of local business owners.

Jared attended Syracuse University. In his free time he enjoys staying physically active, hiking, fly fishing and golfing. Jared’s extensive knowledge in local business advertising makes him a key piece of the Local Gold executive team.


Elizabeth Harvey
VP of Operations

Liz serves as the VP of Operations at Local Gold. Liz began her career in Client Service 16 years ago in the Financial Services industry. While working for Mellon Capital Management in San Francisco in the late 90s, Liz was recruited by LookSmart to lead the Client Service group within the Sales Department. Liz was responsible for implementing multi-million dollar search engine marketing campaigns for some of the largest online retailers and travel sites that are still successful today. In 2004 Liz joined Jonathan at WiseClick Media where she broadened her knowledge and expertise of online advertising by running successful campaigns in almost every avenue of online marketing. Clients trust Liz because she brings accountability and communicates campaign goals, strategies and results clearly and effectively. She has the ability to translate complex technical information into a language clients understand. Liz attributes her work ethic and career success to her education at Boston College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and to her supportive family. Liz and her husband Erich are the proud parents of twin boys who keep them very busy at home and wherever their activities lead!

Thomas Myruski
Director of Web Development

Tom fulfills the duties of Director of Web Development at Local Gold.  Passionate about technology from an early age, Tom loves the challenges of mastering the latest trends in Internet technology.  Tom has been responsible for directing many of the leading web development projects for small businesses accross the United States since early 2005. Originally from Connecticut, Tom moved to New York City to further pursue his career & artistic passions.   In 2010, Tom began working with Jonathan and Liz accross a vast array of internet projects. Tom helped bring bring a number of high quality, SEO Optimized, Local business websites to market.  Through his experiences, Tom has been able to soak up a wealth of knowledge in Internet marketing, while helping many local businesses receive top-ranking web properties in their local markets. In his free time, Tom is an aspiring musician and songwriter. He creates electronic dance music and DJ’s at clubs in New York City. 

Natalie Busacca
Director of Partnerships

Natalie serves as the Director of Partnerships for Local Gold. Her attention to detail and outgoing personality ensures that our clients are 100% satisfied at all times. She takes the time to efficiently explain each aspect of our programs so that our clients are comfortable with their decision for joining Local Gold. Natalie has assumed previous positions such as Director of Sales and Marketing, where she worked with mid-market clients and managed the overall marketing of the company. Natalie attended Montclair State University where she Majored in English with a Concentration in Creative Writing and Minored in Pre-Law. When outside the office she enjoys strength training and spending time with her friends and family.

Dawn Oesterle
Marketing Director

Dawn leads as the Marketing Director at Local Gold.  Dawn’s background of working with diverse businesses each having unique goals has made her an asset in understanding a local business owner’s needs and objectives. She strongly believes in building partnerships with local business owners and in turn works hand-in-hand with our expert technical and design teams. Dawn thrives on growing the company of each client in competitively positioning brands, products, and services in successful marketing campaigns.   Dawn’s personal passion for helping people harmoniously fits into Local Gold’s mission of helping small businesses grow. Family, mission work, and community involvement is where Dawn puts her energy when she isn’t in the office.
